PRODUCTION
The procedure of making our items takes time and effort as each item is individually cut and sewn by our hands, especially for you.
Duration of the production varies depending on our workload and the number of orders in a queue.
Currently, it takes 3-5 business days to manufacture.
Note that orders placed on Friday afternoons, during weekends, or National Holidays will be processed the next business day.
SHIPPING
We ship via National registered post (free worldwide shipping on all orders over €150/$150). Tracking might not be available in some countries.
Shipping duration depends on the country/location you want items to be shipped to.
National post delivers:
– in Europe (5-10 days).
– non-European countries (10-20 days).
Please note that it usually takes more time than regularly for the orders to be delivered during the Christmas season. The delivery service/time of the packages is beyond our control.
All orders are shipped to the address you provide during checkout unless you provide a different one afterward.
Customs and/or import duties are often applied once the delivery reaches its destination. Any of such fees must be paid by the addressee. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the related costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order. You can also email us and we will do our best to help!
All items are manufactured and shipped from Lithuania.
